Relax away your chronic back pain with massage!
How many times am I going to talk about back pain and massage? The answer is, not enough! Everyday we go through our lives and find some small or crazy way to do something to our backs. Ugh, enough already! Shoveling snow, raking leaves, picking up a quarter on the sidewalk, tying your shoe, bowling, sitting in a chair too long, the list goes on and on and on….! Phew, had to get that out of my system. So, how do we avoid all of this? Unfortunately, back pain is a hard thing to avoid, however, there are steps to take to help lessen the possibility and reduce the recovery.
